At GameGear Hub, we strive to provide a secure and fair marketplace for buying and selling game items, skins, and accessories. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be granted. By using our platform, you agree to this policy.
1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are only granted under specific circumstances. Due to the digital nature of in-game items and accessories, all sales are final unless they meet the conditions outlined below.
We may issue refunds if:
You did not receive the purchased item.
The received item is significantly different from its description.
The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent.
We do not issue refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after purchase).
Items that have been successfully delivered and used.
In-game bans or restrictions imposed by game developers.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Item Not Delivered
If the seller fails to deliver the item within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you may request a refund. Before a refund is issued, we will attempt to contact the seller and verify the non-delivery.
2.2 Incorrect or Misrepresented Items
If the item you receive is different from what was listed (wrong skin, incorrect attributes, etc.), you must:
Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Provide screenshots or evidence of the mismatch.
Allow us to investigate before processing a refund.
2.3 Unauthorized Transactions & Fraudulent Purchases
If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, contact us immediately at [support@email.com]. Refund requests for unauthorized purchases must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
We may require additional verification, such as proof of identity or evidence that your account was compromised.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or external financial institutions.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Log in to your GameGear Hub account.
Go to Order History and select the disputed transaction.
Click "Request Refund" and provide a detailed explanation with evidence.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, your GameGear Hub account may be permanently suspended.
To resolve disputes, we recommend:
Using our internal support system before contacting your bank.
Providing all relevant details for a faster resolution.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
